Chula Vista, CA. On Tuesday January 7, 2014, The Chula Vista Police Department executed a 12-month contract to use the best law enforcement background investigation software, eSOPH by Miller Mendel. The Chula Vista Police Department intends to process at least 130 applicants within 12-months, using the law enforcement background investigation software, eSOPH.
On behalf of the Chula Vista Police Department, the eSOPH transition project was led by Lieutenant Vern Sallee and Administrative Services Manager Edward Chew. As of January 7, 2014, the Chula Vista Department is the second agency in the state of California to transition its police background investigation processing to eSOPH, the Nation’s most trusted background investigation software.
